PT KARYA AGUNG LESTARI JAYA (PT KALJ) firstly started up the business 30 years ago as a fishing fleets company, with 33 units of fishing boats operated in Indonesia waters particularly in Strait of Malaka and Indian Ocean. PT KALJ was then established its Cold Storage division in 2005, specializing in the process of Cephalopods and various kinds of frozen fish for Asian markets. Our current main markets are Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia.

Since we have our own fishing ports and fishing fleets, we are able to process the products more efficiently and cost-wisely, thus generate more profit and offer more competitive price to our customers. The remaining fish caught by the fishing fleets were also sold through local agents.
